Owner/ Manager, THMC Inc., Castroville, Texas. Originating residential and commercial mortgage loans as a Mortgage Broker (licensed). Owner, THE MONDAY GROUP LLC, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certrified General Appraiser, consulting, selling and appraising real estate in Central and South Texas. Instructor, Champions School of Real Estate.
Southeast Bank N.A: Employed to reorganize and manage the Real Estate Bank, Northern Region. Directed staff of 16, dealing with servicing of over $500 million in trobled real estate loans and real estate assets. Upon successful completion of reorganization and implementation of troubled asset management procedures, placed in charge of all troubled real estate banking functions of Southeast Bank and relocated to the headquarters in Miami. Directed staff of over 50, located in five regional offices in managing, serviceing and "working out" loans in $1.(+) billion portfolio.
Managing Agent. Resolution Trust Corporation, Dallas Region. Managed the successful resolution and liquidation of a multimillion dollar mortgage banking operation located in Dallas, Texas. Directed the day to day operation of two savings associations in the $500 million asset range. Responsibilities included directing "work out" procedures on troubled real estate loans, directing management and liquidation of owned real estate assets, directing legal counsel in litigation of matters effecting the association, cash liquidity management and ensuring that all functions of the associations were properly maintained. Both associations were successfully resolved with minimum loss to the RTC.
Owner/Principal. The Monday Company, San Antonio, Texas. Managed real estate owned by local and regional savings associations; brokered sales of commercial properties to investor purchasers; brokered loans to institutional investors; engaged as fee paid consultant by financial institutions regarding real estate matters and as expert witness in litigation.
National Commercial Mortgage Banking Group, Commonwealth Mortgage Company of America: Directed all real estate lending activity in central and south Texas for Commonwealth, including direct lending and loan brokerage; servicing of troubled real estate loans owned by institutional investors; management and marketing of real estate owned (REO).
Commonwealth Mortgage Company and Commonwealth Savings Association( Dallas, Texas): Directed real estate loan production untill discontinued at my recommendation. Subesequently directed servicing of a multi million dollar portfolio owned by Commonwealth and other Savings and Loan Associations; directed litigation through counsel; managed and marketed real estate owned by Commonwealth and other institutions.
